Who we are

Horizon Recovery Living ("we", "us") is a men's sober-living residence operated by Essence of Arabia Realestate Broker (L.L.C), Office 205, API Business Suites, 123303, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What data we collect

This website does not use a database and stores no personal data on our servers. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to contact us:

WhatsApp and Meta

Messages sent to us via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If the Meta Pixel is active on this site, Meta may process pseudonymised usage data (page views, button clicks) to measure and improve our advertising. We do not pass the content of your enquiry to Meta.

Why and on what basis we process data

We process your enquiry to respond to you, to check together whether Horizon suits you, and to arrange a move-in — on the basis of your consent and the steps needed before entering an agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep data

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting stay, and is deleted thereafter unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email programdirector@horizonrecoveryliving.com.

Confidentiality

Given the nature of our service, we hold all enquiries to a strict standard of discretion. Access to enquiry data is limited to the small team that answers them. Please note that no messaging channel can be perfectly secure; if you prefer, you can share sensitive details by phone only.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date above reflects the latest revision.
